Product Faults and Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, such as damage to the wood finish or craftsmanship issues, please notify us immediately upon receipt and provide clear photographs so we can assist. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund where applicable.

Refunds & Returns

Refunds or returns will only be processed in the event of manufacturing defects or faults. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds, as all products are handcrafted in limited runs. All orders are considered final once confirmed and processed.

Should your order arrive damaged, this must be noted with the courier upon delivery and reported to us on the same day. Claims cannot be processed once a delivery has been signed for in good order.
