Manufacturing Lead Time

A standard manufacturing lead time of 1–2 weeks applies to all confirmed orders, as products are handcrafted. Lead times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery

We offer delivery locally within Cape Town, as well as nationwide via an external courier service.

Nationwide delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order items.

Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Once dispatched, changes to the delivery address cannot be made.

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. Ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the parcel.

Receiving Your Order

All orders are quality checked and securely packaged before leaving our warehouse.

Please inspect your order with the courier upon delivery before signing any proof of delivery (POD).

If damage is visible, note it with the courier and report to us immediately for assistance with claims.
