Can I request an image engraving?
Due to the extra time commitment to carve images, we reserve image engravings for wholesale partners only, who are required to order a minimum quantity of 25 items. Check our wholesale tab for more information.
What wood do you use to manufacture for the Rolling Trays?
We craft them from premium Birch Ply, strong, smooth, and beautifully grained. It’s our go-to because it feels great in your hands, holds up for every ritual, and keeps things light yet super durable.
The wood grain on my item doesn't match the website photo.
Ah, it probably doesn't but that's the beauty of handcrafted items, right? Differences in grain pattern are to be expected, such as variation in tone, natural knots and markings, but if you think you item has a defect, please fill out the contact form and we will happily assist you!
What's your return policy?
We will happily replace any items in which we made an engraving mistake OR any new item with proof of defect upon arrival. Please fill out our contact form with a detailed description of your issue and we will get back to you with a solution ASAP.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Where is Rolling Time based
We are based in Cape Town, with our factory just on the outskirts of Durbanville.
What size are the rolling trays?
All custom trays measure 300 x 198 x 18 mm. A perfectly balanced stage designed for your ritual.
